OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of the project is to treat the used / wastewater generated from all activities of Automobile Service Stations using Eco friendly solutions and Recycle the same for washing of Vehicles

It has been observed that the 2 Wheelers service stations use around 5000 - 8000 litres per day, Cars – 12000 Litres per day and trucks 15000 Litres per day.

The wastewater constitutes to Used and Burnt Oil in Engine washing, Compounds with acid base used for removal of carbon black in components and Detergents for related matters.

When discharged without treatment or with chemical treatment, the oil particulates would block the pore hole of the earth which would eliminate the percolation of rain water and ground water sources.

It has been learnt that one Litre of oil would block 2 Square metres of pore holes in earth.

In conventional chemical treatment, large amount of chemicals are used which in turn becomes hazardous and cannot be disposed off.

This chemicaly treated water if taken for reuse, it forms patches and scales on the vehicles. There are no proper storage facilities for the hazardous waste in majority of Service stations.

This chemically treated water if let out in drains, the ground water sources would get contaminated leading to a state of excess hardness and salinity in the ground water sources.

The solution for the above is to utilize Advanced Bioremediation technology with patented Aeration Systems for Effective degradation of compounds so that 75 – 85 % of the treated water is taken back for recycling / reuse.

We have executed more than 200 Projects using Eco friendly technologies so that the treated water can be reused there by saving upto 2,00,000 Litres of ground water.
